Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and EASIDEA SOLUTIONS, the owner of AutoHub ZM, for use of the AutoHub ZM app and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Payments & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract in Zambia.

AutoHub ZM is an online classifieds and marketplace venue. We host listings, messaging, alerts, and optional paid listing tools. We are not a vehicle dealer (unless we expressly say so for a specific listing), not a party to any sale, hire-purchase, or trade between users, and not a guarantor of any vehicle, title, or payment between buyer and seller. You deal with the other user at your own risk.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a safety, fraud, or legal risk.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, crop, and distribute that content in the Platform and in promotions of the Platform. You warrant that you have the right to list the vehicle, that descriptions and prices are not misleading, that photos are of the actual vehicle, and that the content does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may edit, refuse, hide, or remove listings (including expired listings) without notice where we believe they breach these Terms or the law.

One-off listing passes, dealer plans, extra listing credits, and premium featured boosts are Platform services. Paying a Platform fee does not purchase a vehicle and does not make AutoHub ZM a party to any vehicle sale. Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (K). See Payments & Refunds for billing rules.

You must not: • List stolen, cloned, or illegally imported vehicles, or vehicles you are not entitled to sell. • Post fake prices, bait listings, duplicate spam, or photos that are not of the advertised vehicle. • Harass, defraud, or impersonate others. • Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Platform. • Use the Platform for money laundering or any other crime. • Circumvent listing limits, bans, or payment systems.

Meet in a public place. Inspect the vehicle and documents (including registration / white book and identity of the seller) before paying. Be cautious of requests to pay outside the country, “shipping agents”, or pressure to skip inspection. AutoHub ZM does not escrow vehicle purchase money.

AutoHub ZM — including the name, logo, design, and software — is the property of EASIDEA SOLUTIONS. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that vehicles are roadworthy or unencumbered, that users are who they claim to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASIDEA SOLUTIONS and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for: • Any vehicle sale, defect, accident, title dispute, or unpaid purchase price between users. • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill. • Amounts exceeding the Platform fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Zambian law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your listings, your dealings with other users, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive (including 2, 8–11, 13) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. The courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the app with a new effective date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
